Content

Mix of existing and syndication-specific content.

Content can be incorporated from existing web resources (copy, images, videos, podcasts) and combined with new content generated specifically for use on multiple partner websites.

Driven through co-branded corporate & channel partner microsite or Partner Consoles.

Existing marketing content from the Enterprise is pushed to end-customers via Channel Partners. This is done through either public microsites or private partner consoles.

SharedVue focuses the syndicated content to inform users about products and solutions at their own pace – gathering lead information where possible.

Partners communicate directly with customers on a routine basis about new content additions (new products, promotions, events, etc) with automated marketing campaigns – tracking responses and customizing marketing materials accordingly.

How is it used?

Incorporates into existing partner websites.

Syndicated content is placed within existing partner websites using a few lines of code. Updates from the Enterprise are seen automatically, and the partner never has to change the code.

Partners are each given their own microsite.

Each partner is given a method of automating marketing campaigns, either a public Microsite (if they have no existing website) or a private Partner Console (unseen by consumers). Users have a more focused experience viewing and interacting with new-media and traditional marketing content.

Who has control?

Partner controls the context of the content while the Enterprise controls the content itself.

Since the content is incorporated into their existing website, partners have control over the general “look and feel” of the content. Enterprise admins have control over messaging and integrity.

Enterprise has control over the look and feel.

Since partners are utilizing marketing materials the Enterprise has created, the Enterprise has control over all aspects of the content. Partners are able to co-brand marketing materials if given the option.

Customization

Customization and control through Partner & Admin Consoles.

Partners can login to their Partner Console to view metrics, lead information and utilize content customization features. Enterprise content owners use an Admin Console to monitor aggregate metrics and evaluate overall syndication success.

Customer management through a Partner Profile.

Partners only have as much access as needed to customize marketing content. Their focus is on building a customer community, managing communications to customers, and creating & nurturing leads into sales.

Involvement

Partners can be hands-off.

Once the syndication code is added to a partner’s website they can simply let all the content updates happen automatically if they choose. Alternatively, they can utilize the Partner Profile to customize content.

Ideal for proactive partners with good customer connections.

Partners are responsible for keeping customer lists up-to-date and overseeing communications sent to them via new and traditional marketing methods.
