As explained in the diagrams below, Communic8 provides each Partner with a co-branded microsite to be customized and updated with rich, relevant content, both by the partner and at the corporate level. This makes for a more rewarding end-user experience.

Corporate/Admin Level

Communic8 Corporate Level Administers and SharedVue Admins have the ability to Manage Content, Manage Partners and View Metrics and Reports as Illustrated Below. Optionally, Administrators can Manage Corporate Communications.

Administrators are able to manage content, manage partners and view metrics and reports for their entire Communic8 system from any web browser using a secure login.

Content and Partner Profiles are stored in one central location - on a dedicated SharedVue Server.

Updated content is instantly made available to all subscribed Partner microsites.

End-users view and interact with individual co-branded and lightly customized Partner microsites.

Partner Level

Communic8 Partners have the ability to Manage Partner-Specific Content, Select from Corporate Supplied Content, view Partner-Specifiv Metrics and view Marketing and Implementation Tips through their own Partner Profile as Illustrated Below. Partners can also send scheduled communications to End-Users.

Partners are able to log in and make changes to their own personal Partner Profile, which is maintained on the SharedVue server and is accessable from any web browser using a secure login.

Parters are able to select from provided content modules, maintain their own content modules, view their own metrics and marketing tips all from within their personal Partner Profile.

Partners are given their own stand-alone microsite complete with vanity URL. Communic8 Content is displayed in the context of the microsite. Updates made within the Partner Profile are instantly reflected on the Partners website.

End-users view the co-branded content within the framework of the Communic8 microsite. End-users can also be targeted with Admin and Partner-level communications, including emails, direct mails, rss feeds, etc.

End-User Level

Communic8 End-Users can interact with content in the Partner's microsite, viewing and downloading pdfs, videos and more. Their actions are tracked as metrics that are viewable by Partners and Administrators. Communic8 End-Users can also be targeted with scheduled Communications.

End-Users visit a Partner microsite and interact with co-branded content. They are encouraged to view and download .pdfs, videos and more. End-Users can also elect to receive Admin or Partner-level Communications including emails, direct mails, RSS feeds, etc.

Communic8 records information on the End-Users' actions and stores it on the SharedVue server.

Metrics are made available to the Partners and the Administrators in the form of charts, graphs and tabular data. Real-time statistics are displayed regarding the most popular pages, downloads, videos and more. End-User contact information is available to Partners that can be used as sales leads.
